Our quality management system complies with the requirements of customers and related stakeholders, ISO 9001:2015 standards, and other relevant work-related standards. As the top management officer, I will continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system through regular reviews of its suitability. I will ensure that the requirements of this quality management system are implemented and maintained, and that the status of quality management implementation and necessary improvements are reported to me. I appoint QA, PM, and design personnel as management representatives to ensure that awareness of customer requirements is enhanced throughout the Bumhan Mecatec organization.

QA, PM, and design personnel are given the responsibility and authority to identify quality problems, propose solutions to these problems, and ensure that solutions to these problems are implemented. They are also empowered to stop work, if necessary, to ensure that appropriate actions are taken to manage non-conformities, defects, or unsatisfactory conditions for subsequent processes.
This quality policy will be understood and familiarized with by all employees of Bumhan Mecatec, and related work processes will be continuously improved for its effective implementation.
